"Great service and healthy animals, they saved my birds life! I recently bought an English mixed budgie from Gallery of Pets who was less than a month old. About a week after purchasing my budgie she started excessively picking at herself and bleeding I had no idea what to do and I reached out to them on instagram, the owner explained to me that she had a blood feather from molting (which is completely normal for birds but this one was unfortunately abnormally large) and she was at risk of loosing too much blood, so they reopened their store that same evening and pulled out the blood feather saving my birds life!"

We pre-shopped all the pet stores in Austin and selected Gallery of Pets because of the terrific store employees, Kathy, Sarah, and Sorya. They are all knowledgeable and friendly. They were especially sensitive to the kids’ differences and their individual feelings. We also liked it that the place was clean and the animals were healthy and active. (Sorry for any name misspellings) We inadvertently arrived home without three needed items and Sorya from Gallery drove them to our home and personally helped us get things installed correctly. Great experience! Our grandkids are thrilled and so are we. We recommend this place for good service and kid friendly people."

"My favorite pet store in the Austin area. My husband and I used to live nearby and we would love coming to see all the animals. Adopted a winter white dwarf hamster a week ago. Very happy, healthy little guy. Vet on staff offered some help and explained that he came from a local breeder and was living with his littermates at the time. Lovely experience, very happy w the new addition to our fur family!"
